- Why does juice leak out of the dough while it is being cooked. 

           Reasons 

             1. Salteña need to be kept frozen while oven is being                           preheated to 420.

             2. Oven temps may vary; you might need to adjust 10                          or 20 degrees higher. 

- Why does the Salteña sticks on the bottom after it is baked

           Reasons 

             1. For baking please use the wax paper provided as a                        liner, you may also add pan spray.

             2.  Once the Salteña is cooked please wait a couple of                           minutes before you pick up and enjoy.
