With over 20 years of experience cooking Bolivian cuisine, Chef Juan brings a wealth of knowledge and creativity to Saya. He is dedicated to using the freshest ingredients to create unique and authentic dishes.

Pastry Chef

Chef Maria's passion for baking began at a young age in her grandmother's kitchen in La Paz. She brings that same love and dedication to creating delicious pastries and desserts at Saya.

Chef Raul learned the art of cooking from his mother and grandmother in Cochabamba. He is committed to maintaining the traditional flavors and techniques of Bolivian cuisine while also incorporating his own unique twists.
